We had planned on having our wedding photographers take these shots, but due to travel arrangement we weren't able to make it happen with Shelby and Rich. Instead we {thankfully} had Steve's good friend/groomsmen Josh Becker {professional cameraman and photographer} take the photos for us. We drove on down the Honoapiilani Hwy and found a great little spot right off the road. Passersby honked and friends driving by stopped and chatted with us. The experience was awesome and I highly recommend it to any woman that isn't too concerned with the outcome of the dress. I haven't taken my dress to the dry cleaners yet, but have a feeling that the cleaning/preserving could end up costing more than the price of the dress - still deciding if I like the dress better with or without the Maui sand.
And one more photo that Josh took after the wedding ceremony - absolutely love this one!

AWESOME pics!!!! So sensual ;) XO
Love this post:) The second one down looks like a perfume ad. Love it.
Those pictures are worth more than saving a dress you wore one time! I haven't looked at my dress in over 6 years. Great idea and awesome pictures :)
OMG - these are awesome Erin! I just love all of these but I have to say my favorite is the last one, I agree with Megs that it looks like an Eternity ad. Makes me want to do this with my dress but I highly doubt I could get one leg in it these days.
I LOVE THEM! I love that you did this and wished I would have known about it when I got married. Great shots
These turned out so great! Love them all but especially the first and last one! You were both a beautiful couple!
The thought of the Calvin Klein ad never even crossed my mind, but now I can see it. However, I looking NOTHING like Kate Moss and Steve doesn't really resemble Mark Wahlberg - ha!
Josh did such a nice job. I think they need to change the name of 'trash the dress.' people get so negative about it and it's really cool!
Ooh la la! So fun! Awesome job Josh!
Gorgeous you sexy thing!
Update: I took the dress to one drycleaner and they said the cost was $90 to clean - Steve so graciously took it to another drycleaner and the cost is $32...huh?? We'll see what sort of condition it's in when I get it back.
